R&D Silicon Validation Internship

Synopsys is offering an internship opportunity for students pursuing a degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field to work on software tools and automation scripts for silicon validation in a modern lab environment.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Python, Matlab, C/C++, or similar.
• Familiarity with lab equipment and test environments is recommended.
• Experience or knowledge of data acquisition systems and modern lab instruments (oscilloscopes, BERTs, VNA, etc.).
• Skilled in software debugging and version control tools.
• Analytical, resourceful, and enthusiastic about experimenting with new technologies.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, collaborative, and willing to adapt in a dynamic, hands-on setting.
