Senior/Staff - Analog Design Engineer

We are looking for a Senior/Staff Analog Design Engineer to join our High-Speed SERDES Analog Design team. You will design and develop high-speed analog and mixed-signal circuit macros, collaborate with global teams, and ensure robust functionality and manufacturability. The role requires strong expertise in CMOS circuit design fundamentals, device physics, layout, parasitic extraction, and SPICE simulation for nanometer technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BE) plus 3+ years or Master's degree (MTech) plus 2+ years of relevant experience in mixed-signal analog/custom circuit design, preferably in Electrical/Electronics/VLSI Engineering.
• Strong expertise in CMOS circuit design fundamentals, device physics, layout, parasitic extraction, and SPICE simulation for nanometer technologies.
• Experience in designing multi-Gbps high-speed circuits and familiarity with specs such as PCIe, Ethernet, SATA, and USB.
• Proficiency in full custom design of high-speed datapaths using digital/CMOS logic cells, and in verifying timing margins with advanced simulation tools.
• Knowledge of ESD and latchup design verification, crosstalk analysis, and the impact of mixed-signal integration on circuit performance.
