Job Description
As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Synthflow, you'll be the bridge between our technology and our customers' real-world success, implementing and optimizing AI phone agent solutions for enterprise clients.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role
- Experience in AI/ML technologies, especially conversational AI or LLM-based systems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives
- Fluency in both German and English
