Job description
The Senior Production Engineer is accountable for the support of manufacturing units at Synthomer Jefferson Site, located in Jefferson Hills, PA. The role provides technical support to maintain safe and reliable manufacturing operations.
Provide day-to-day support to manufacturing units, monitor operating data, review raw material quality data, identify and implement improvements, develop and review procedures, and lead incident investigations.
The role requires 7+ years of chemical engineering/relevant experience, a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, and the ability to interface with operations and maintenance personnel and lead cross-functional teams.
