
Job description
The Clinical Informatics Specialist is part of a multidisciplinary team that supports Caresphere WS and Middleware/LIS customers throughout the entire life cycle of our products. This includes remote instrument and workflow training and support to realize an efficient and successful customer experience of the Sysmex solution as the primary laboratory consultant from a technical perspective.
Implements Caresphere WS Migrations and Middleware/LIS interface support and testing projects, troubleshoots and resolves performance problems, and supports complex Caresphere WS Migrations and Middleware/LIS interface support projects.
This role requires strong interpersonal, persuasive, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as a strong sense of urgency, can-do attitude, and strong desire to set and achieve goals.
