We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Customer Service Analyst to join our team. As a Junior Customer Service Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of customer requests, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide remote customer service, process sales orders, handle customer complaints, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
This role involves direct interaction with customers, collaboration with internal teams, and agile problem-solving, as well as contributing to ongoing process improvements.
