IT Support Engineer

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to support multinational clients' office IT environments in Korea, providing daily onsite IT support and coordinating IT-related projects.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
• 3+ years of experience in IT support/helpdesk, preferably with multinational companies
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows OS, Office 365, printers, and conference room solutions
• Basic knowledge of networking (LAN/Wi-Fi setup, switches, routers) and server environment (AD, DNS, DHCP)
• Experience in vendor management and project coordination
• Proactive, customer-focused, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical users
• Native/Fluent Korean and business-level English (written and spoken)
