Job description
We are seeking a senior systems engineer to serve as our Requirements Lead, owning the development and governance of the Requirements Management Plan across a complex rail/transit infrastructure program.
As the Requirements Lead, you will establish and maintain our requirements management framework, oversee structured capture and decomposition of requirements, manage change control, and produce traceability and status reports.
A critical part of the role is coaching and supporting engineers and design teams in best practices, resolving allocation or interpretation issues, and ensuring quality and consistency of requirements artifacts throughout the lifecycle.
