
Job description
Lead a team of technicians in technical verifications, responsible for railway projects, including new lines and urban projects. The team leader will be responsible for organizing and preparing sites, managing team members, and ensuring the quality of work.
Prepare sites for start-up, define operational realization schedules, prepare necessary tools and authorization cards, detect needs for technical reinforcement, and ensure reporting of sites. Be the technical reference for the team, make available technical notices and execution procedures, and compile VT notebooks at the end of the site.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in works and/or VT and/or tests on signaling systems, master VT references, and know how to analyze the functioning of signaling systems and detect dysfunctions. The candidate should also have good mastery of safety principles, quality procedures, and team management skills.
