Requirements

• Provide comprehensive consultations to participants over the phone
• Demonstrate a consultative approach in positioning products and services to participants
• Retain assets through education and guidance of available plan-specific and general distribution options
• Acquire new assets for the firm through on-going consultation follow-up conversations
