Validation Agent

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Validation Specialist to ensure the accuracy of order and operational data throughout the fulfillment process. You will validate orders, monitor deliveries and returns, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to maintain high data quality and operational efficiency.

What You Will Do

Validate order details, review and verify order data, coordinate with 3PL partners, monitor delivery performance, conduct daily audits, prepare validation reports, and collaborate with internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• High level of accuracy, accountability, and organizational skills
