Head of Product Design

Tacto is seeking a Head of Product Design to define the design practice for its AI-driven procurement platform. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in product design, 2+ years leading design teams, and a strong understanding of AI and its impact on design.

Requirements

• 6+ years in product design, with 2+ years leading design teams at high-growth technology companies known for design excellence
• Strong collaborator with product and engineering to get to the best possible results for customers and the business
• Deep experience designing for data-heavy, workflow-driven products
• Strong systems thinking and ability to design in frameworks and patterns
• Genuine fluency with AI as a design material
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
