Job Description
The Mechanical Engineer III will serve as a technical lead and project driver, managing small-to-midsize projects and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The role offers autonomy, mentorship opportunities, and the chance to make a real impact on industry-leading projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Professional Engineering Licensure or ability to obtain a PE
- LEED accreditation preferred
- 5+ years of mechanical engineering design experience
- Experience in creating construction documents for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems
- Experience in preparing heating and cooling load calculations, ductwork and piping pressure drop calculations, and equipment selections
- Collaboration with vendors for equipment selections
- Ability to direct engineers and designers for creation of drawings in Revit and CAD
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
