Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering in mechanical, electrical, structural or similar disciplines
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager/Engineer within the industrial manufacturing market sectors
- Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of design and regulatory Codes and USDA Standards
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
