Project Manager

As a Project Manager at TAI, you will spearhead a high-profile, greenfield GMP warehouse construction project for a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry. You will serve as the central architect of the project lifecycle, transforming business objectives into operational reality by leading a multidisciplinary team through design, construction, and commissioning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical are preferred.
• 10+ years of experience, 5+ within the Pharma/Biotech/Life Science industry.
• Strong collaborator with ability to create and maintain effective working relationships and willing to challenge behaviors and actions.
• Strong leadership qualities with motivational ability to direct others in a dynamic and complex environment through change.

Benefits

• Pay: $125,000-180,000 annually (depending on experience)
