Job Description
Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. is seeking a Legal Assistant / Business Affairs Specialist to support its Business Affairs team in New York City. The selected candidate will be responsible for contract management, drafting and reviewing legal agreements, and providing day-to-day administrative and paralegal services.
Requirements
- College degree
- Strong academic background and excellent critical thinking skills
- Two or more years of experience as a contracts manager, paralegal or similar role focused on drafting and reviewing legal agreements
- Ability to work with contract management software, such as Ironclad or other similar systems
- Tech-savvy, with a grasp of AI legal offerings or a proven ability to quickly learn new software applications, including AI software such as Gemini, Harvey, and similar tools
