Sr. HR. Business Partner

We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) to join Take-Two’s global HRBP team, providing expert HR counsel, coaching, and thought partnership to leaders and employees across our global footprint.

Requirements

• Serve as a strategic HR partner to senior leaders up to EVP level, aligning people strategies with business objectives to drive performance, engagement, and organizational health.
• Provide strategic coaching and counsel to leaders and employees on performance management, development, engagement, workforce effectiveness, and employee relations.
• Lead and execute core HR programs across the employee lifecycle, including performance management, compensation planning, goal setting, talent reviews, succession planning, promotions, and engagement initiatives.
