Requirements

• Legal knowledge of admission, vacation, and termination processes
• Advanced legal knowledge related to the process of closing the payroll
• Advanced legal knowledge related to charges and payroll declarations
• Advanced knowledge of annual routine declarations (DIRF, Patronage Contributions)
• Intermediate knowledge of the Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Advanced knowledge of payroll systems, having worked on closing the payroll in these systems
• Analytical and logical capacity for decision-making
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized
• Curious, always learning and adaptable
