Requirements
- Legal knowledge of admission, vacation, and termination processes
- Advanced legal knowledge related to the process of closing the payroll
- Advanced legal knowledge related to charges and payroll declarations
- Advanced knowledge of annual routine declarations (DIRF, Patronage Contributions)
- Intermediate knowledge of the Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Advanced knowledge of payroll systems, having worked on closing the payroll in these systems
- Analytical and logical capacity for decision-making
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized
- Curious, always learning and adaptable
