The company is looking for an Operations Analyst Pleno or Senior to ensure the quality, legal compliance, and operational excellence of automated processes, with high autonomy and responsibility.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of labor law in admissions, holidays, and resignations
- Advanced knowledge of payroll closure
- Advanced knowledge of labor and social security obligations and declarations
- Advanced knowledge of annual declarations (DIRF, employer contributions)
- Practical experience with payroll systems, with activity in calculation validation and closure
- Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Analytical, logical, and organized profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with comfort for direct contact with customers
- Autonomy, collaboration, and comfort with high responsibility
- Curiosity, adaptability, and continuous learning
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with payroll and labor routines
- Previous experience in customer service, with consultative activity
- Availability for 100% on-site work in Itaim Bibi
