
Job description
The Service Desk Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth IT operations across Cogir locations in North America. This position is ideal for a problem-solving professional who enjoys troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while providing top-tier support to employees.
Provide remote analysis, diagnosis, and resolution for server, workstation, peripheral and network issues. Offer remote IT support and coordinate with third-party service providers when needed.
The ideal candidate will be a strong team player, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills, while also taking the initiative to tackle challenges creatively and effectively.
