Job Description
Talen Energy is looking for a Plant Technician-FGD Wastewater Treatment Operator to work at the Brandon Shores facility in Baltimore, MD. The position requires 12-hour rotating shifts, including holidays and weekends, and involves operating and maintaining the FGD Wastewater Treatment Plant and Raw Water system. The ideal candidate will have post-high school courses in engineering mathematics, physical science, and/or technical oriented studies, and five years of experience in industrial wastewater treatment.
Requirements

- five years of experience in industrial wastewater treatment
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet Company driving standards
- MDE requires all FGDWWT techs obtain and maintain a Class 7 Industrial Wastewater license
- FGDFWWT techs are required to be DOT Hazmat certified to unload DOT Hazmat totes
