Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience
- Demonstrated expertise in brand strategy, content, and end-to-end member experience
- Highly analytical leader with deep experience leveraging data, insights, and advanced measurement frameworks to inform strategy
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-channel marketing environments
- Experience managing significant marketing investments, external partners, and agency ecosystems
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, align, and build trust across senior leadership, cross-functional partners, and the Board of Directors
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and lead through complexity
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
