Requirements

- Collaborate with senior management in workforce planning and development, identifying training needs and succession planning for key roles.
- Implement and monitor performance management systems, ensuring clear KPIs and structured reviews across the group.
- Ensure payroll accuracy, benefits administration, and timely processing of employee-related transactions.
