Our client, a global trading company based in Dubai, is seeking a highly proactive and well-organised Office Manager to oversee the administrative operations and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the head office.
Requirements
- Coordinate all office operations to maintain organisational efficiency.
- Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks for seamless daily operations.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and oversee procurement procedures.
- Handle incoming calls, correspondence, and guest reception.
- Oversee use and maintenance of office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers).
- Organise internal and external meetings, bookings, and staff scheduling.
- Maintain filing systems and documentation, both physical and digital.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed.
- Support onboarding of new employees and assist with basic HR administration.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance office productivity.
