Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Big4 experience is preferred.
- Proven experience in financial reporting & management, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements in the insurance industry.
