Human Resources Manager

Provide support for current and future business requirements through employee development, engagement, and motivation. Create, monitor, and enhance HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree of Psychology
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in HR functions, with a focus on HR management
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Exceptional leadership and people management abilities
• Experience in a multinational services environment is highly desirable
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations
