Recruitment Consultant Intern

Talent Insider is an upcoming HR Consultancy Service, founded in 2021. We're seeking enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant Interns to join our dynamic team for a 3-month contract.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a Human Resources, Business Administration, or related program (or recent graduate)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on active listening and relationship building
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively
• A passion for research and a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
• A genuine interest in the recruitment field and a desire to learn and grow within the industry
