Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5-6 years of experience in product management within the financial services industry
• Fluent in English and business-level proficiency, speak Hindi (preferable)
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools
• Strong understanding of loan origination, loan management, credit underwriting, KYC, direct-debit, auto-debit, regulatory reporting, taxation, and reconciliation processes for the consumer lending industry
