Payroll Assistant (MNC, Manufacturing)

Assist in the end-to-end payroll process for employees, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee timesheets, allowances, and deductions, and prepare payroll reports for management review.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a manufacturing MNC
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and processes
• Proficient in using payroll software and MS Office applications
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
