Our client is an NDA iGaming Brand looking for an experienced Chief Product Officer to form the product vision, build a team from scratch, and prepare the product for a successful market launch.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience as CPO / Head of Product / in iGaming, Fintech or Web3
- Deep understanding of gaming economy: RTP, house edge, game logic, retention
- Practical experience in creating gaming products or platforms
- Experience working with smart contracts, blockchain architecture, Web3 wallets (basic/medium level)
- Strong data skills: product analytics, funnels, LTV, cohort analysis
- Experience in forming product teams and managing delivery
- Understanding of compliance (Curaçao, no-KYC operations), anti-fraud flow
- Strategic thinking, system thinking, strong prioritization skills
- Ability to work with limitations, emotional stability
- Leadership, ability to make difficult decisions
- Diplomacy, clear communication between C-level
