Job Description
TrueGroup is looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to strengthen its commercial team and drive revenue growth across iGaming brands. The role focuses on proactive outbound sales, reactivation of existing users, upselling bonuses and promotions, and building strong player engagement without reliance on a fixed client portfolio.
Requirements
- Experience in B2C sales or account management (call center, entertainment, or iGaming industry preferred)
- Strong sales mindset with a clear focus on results and KPIs
- Confident spoken and written English
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with numbers, metrics, and performance reports
- High level of self-motivation and stress resistance
- Ability to multitask and quickly switch between priorities
