Account Executive

We are hiring a Founding Account Executive to build the revenue engine from the ground up for a high-growth startup in the fintech/HR industry. The role will own the full sales cycle and partner closely with the founding team on messaging, process, and product feedback.

Requirements

• 1+ years of closing experience as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS or tech-enabled solutions (or equivalent high-impact sales experience)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to sell credibly to senior finance stakeholders
• Ownership mindset: organized, resourceful, comfortable with ambiguity, and biased toward action
• Familiarity with mid-market sales motions and modern sales tools/CRMs
