Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role such as CTPO, CTO, or VP of Engineering/Product
- Strong background in the iGaming digital product environments
- 10+ years of experience leading cross-functional product and engineering teams
- Demonstrated experience owning both product roadmap and technical architecture strategy
- Hands-on expertise in scalable frontend, middleware, and backend systems
- Deep knowledge of mobile (native and hybrid) and web application development
- Strong understanding of CMS platforms, gamification engines, analytics, and regulatory compliance technologies
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cybersecurity frameworks
- Proven ability to align product innovation and technical strategy with commercial objectives
- Strong leadership presence with exceptional stakeholder communication skills
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven, execution-focused mindset
