Job Description
The Director of Compensation and Benefits is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing compensation and benefits activities and initiatives at Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare. This role involves managing departmental budgets, administering compensation and benefit programs, and collaborating with Finance to develop compensation and benefits budgets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Five years of directly related experience in compensation and benefits administration
- Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, CCP, or CBP preferred
