We are hiring a highly driven and hands-on Project Manager for our client to lead the Technology function, overseeing planning, implementation, and optimization of key digital systems, including ERP, POS infrastructure, delivery platform integrations, e-commerce solutions, and operational dashboards.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of technology project management experience in F&B, retail, FMCG, or multi-location operations
- Proven experience delivering ERP implementations at organisational scale — Odoo, SAP, or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience managing integrations between POS, delivery platforms, and back-end systems
- Track record of building and leading technology teams in a fast-scaling business environment
- Solid command of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies
- Deep understanding of ERP architecture, API integrations, and digital operations infrastructure
- Ability to translate technical complexity for non-technical stakeholders and business requirements for technical teams
- Experience building operational dashboards and BI reporting tools
- Strong vendor management, contract negotiation, and SLA monitoring capability
- Fluent in both Bangla and English — written and verbal
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile / Scrum certification is highly preferred
