Advanced Practice Provider - Advanced Heart Failure

We are recruiting an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology team at Tampa General Hospital. The APP will work closely with the on-call attending Physician and be responsible for new patient evaluation and admission, follow-up care for admitted inpatients, and management of patients on chronic inotrope infusions and pre-operative and post-operative heart transplant recipients.

Requirements

• PA and/or NP with Acute Care or Gerontology certification
• Current licensure as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant in the State of Florida
• Advanced Heart Failure, Transplant, and General Cardiology experience preferred
