Under supervision, coordinates evaluation and preparation of patients for Hematopoietic Stem Cell transplantation, cellular therapies and long-term management post-treatment. Coordinates patient care across clinics, nursing unit, and community to provide continuity of care. Demonstrates knowledge and competence regarding management and care of patients with oncologic and hematologic malignancies.
