Technician will be responsible for participating in the day-to-day operations of a diesel engine driven power plant and power distribution system at a remote overseas facility located in Saudi Arabia.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret level security clearance or Interim Secret Level security clearance.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures and general NFPA and OSHA safety standards for working around energized equipment and moving machinery.
- Familiarity with UPS systems, PLC systems, High, Medium and Low voltage distribution systems, control circuitry, control logic, automatic and manual transfer systems preferred.
- Broad knowledge in maintenance methods, practices, schedules, logistics and budgets.
- Familiarity with computerized diagnostic equipment and troubleshooting tools.
- Ability to work extended work schedules as required supporting the project execution plans and schedules.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, priorities, and relationships.
- Experience with the installation maintenance and repair of diesel engine driven generators, diesel engine concept of operation, and electrical theory.
- Must be able to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and one-line diagrams proficiently
