We are looking for an AI Adoption & Enablement Lead to drive the adoption and integration of artificial intelligence across the organization. The role will develop and own the enterprise AI enablement strategy, including training programs, change management frameworks, and adoption roadmaps.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
- 8–12 years of experience in change management, enterprise transformation, learning & development, or technology adoption
- Proven track record of driving large-scale adoption programs in a matrixed organization
- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) and the ability to demo and teach them
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and communicate at all levels
- Experience building training content, enablement programs, or internal communications campaigns
- Knowledge of AI ethics, responsible use frameworks, and data privacy principles
