Operations Manager - Nightlife/Daylife Las Vegas

Tao Group Hospitality is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the venue in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role involves staffing, fiscal management, sales goals, inter-office communications, and ensuring adherence to company policies. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for staff training, customer service, and maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• College degree preferred
• Minimum of three to five (3-5) years’ experience in entertainment industry
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• 21+ years of age
• Valid working card
• Proficient in Windows Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of POS and back-office reporting systems
• Knowledge of profitability analysis and budgeting
• Knowledge of nightclub operations and beverage service
• Knowledge of purchasing, receiving, inventories and cost controls
• Knowledge of state and local laws as it applies to liquor, labor, and health code regulations
