Game Designer, Casual F2P

We are seeking a game designer who genuinely loves casual F2P mobile games to design new mechanics and improve existing ones for our games Good Pizza, Great Pizza and Good Coffee, Great Coffee. The ideal candidate is someone who plays and deeply analyzes casual games, has experience with game economy design, and can articulate design decisions from the player's perspective.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience designing casual F2P mobile games
• At least one shipped casual mobile game currently live on the App Store or Google Play
• Proven experience with game economy design
• Strong player empathy
• Long-term systems thinking
• Clear design documentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Mathematics, Economics, Psychology, or related field
