Job description
We're looking for an organised and reliable IT Support Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for all day-to-day IT queries, helping resolve technical issues, setting up equipment for new starters, and ensuring our staff have the tools they need to do their jobs effectively.
Act as first-line support for all IT queries, set up and configure IT equipment for new starters, troubleshoot and resolve basic technical problems for staff, and maintain asset registers and IT stock control.
We're looking for someone with good knowledge of general IT systems, basic troubleshooting experience, excellent communication skills, and previous IT helpdesk or support experience.
