Job description
The Principal AI Engineer - Advanced AI role is responsible for designing, building, and deploying end-to-end AI solutions, including architecting agentic and LLM-powered systems, evaluating and selecting models and frameworks, and establishing observability and engineering practices. The role requires deep technical leadership, strong communication and influencing skills, and experience working across functions, organizations, and geographies. The position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target's needs.
