The Learning Experience Leader will design and expand training and development programs, create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training, and continuously improve training programs across the organization.

Requirements

• Set the standards and expectations through conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character
• Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training
• Deliver technical preparatory training
• Continuously improve training programs
• Act as the content expert and maintain relevant training documents and training materials
• Develop and create effective induction programs
• Monitor and review trainees' progress
• Ensure statutory training requirements are met
• Research and present new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning
