Sales Analyst Lead

TaskUs is seeking a Sales Analyst Lead to join its team. The role involves analyzing sales data, creating spreadsheets, and making recommendations based on market insights. The successful candidate will have 5 years of experience in a relevant position and excellent analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a relevant position
• Direct or indirect management experience
• Ability to understand, create, and deliver top-quality communication
• Data-driven person with excel and data management skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Technology-savvy, preferably in the contact center, customer service, or analytics technology
• Self-motivated and professional attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good decision-making skills, organized and detail-oriented
• Familiarity with sales and account management process, Google Suite, and metrics such as Bookings, Close Rate, etc.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, data manipulation, dashboard creation, and business intelligence skills
• Excellent team and interpersonal skills
