Job description
As a Team Leader at TaskUs, you will manage the day-to-day planning and operations of your team, ensuring that each team member delivers on their Service Level Agreement (SLA) and achieves their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will be responsible for training and developing your team, conducting team huddles, coaching sessions, and recognizing weaknesses to offer solutions for improvement.
