We are seeking a Workforce Planner to optimize employee productivity, coordinate with training and talent acquisition, and collaborate with IT to customize information systems. The ideal candidate will have a BPO Operations background and at least 2 years of experience in Workforce Planning.
Requirements
- BPO Operations background
- At least 2 years of experience in Workforce Planning
- Expertise in Forecasting, Capacity Planning and Scheduling, and Real Time Management
- Ability to manage multiple, complex, ongoing tasks and projects
- High attention to detail
- Strong desire to optimize procedures and processes
- Proactive decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in statistical analysis
- Good computer and software skills
- Ability to read trends and project them into future forecasts
- Working knowledge of database applications such as MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
