Production Supervisor - Packaging

Role Overview

The Production Supervisor - Packaging will oversee the work of employees and temporary staff, ensuring proper care of production equipment and facilities. They will enforce adherence to manufacturing processes and ensure production goals are met while prioritizing safety and quality.

What You Will Do

Monitor stock levels, document employee activities, review work orders, and track production processes. Identify and resolve quality and production issues, and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements

• College Degree
• 5 years' experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment
• Computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Ability to work in a fast paced, results oriented environment
• Ability to read and write & communicate in English
• Experience with FDA/cGMP compliance is preferred
• A legal right to work in the United States
• Must pass a drug screen and a background check in accordance with HWP standards
