
Job description
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to senior leadership and executive-level staff, including meeting coordination, reporting, and task tracking. The role requires strong organizational and time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
The Administrative Assistant will coordinate meetings, develop and finalize agendas, track action items, and maintain organized records of reports and supporting documentation. They will also provide general administrative support, manage calendars, and coordinate logistics for leadership and staff.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting senior leadership or executive-level staff, familiarity with meeting coordination and reporting processes, and experience in a government or administrative office environment. They will be able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively with all levels of staff.
