Job description
The Operations Manager is responsible for directing all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities at FASTC, ensuring facility operations run smoothly, safely, and in full compliance with contract requirements.
Lead and supervise a diverse team responsible for operating, maintaining, and repairing commercial building systems, prepare and submit signed monthly progress reports, manage corrective maintenance efforts, and provide weekly written and verbal updates on the status of O&M activities.
Must hold a minimum of an Associates' degree in a related discipline or equivalent schools training/certifications, possess a Secret security clearance, and have a minimum of 15 years' experience related O&M support services and/or Facilities management.
