As an Assistant General Manager at Planet Fitness, you will be responsible for assisting in the oversight of club operations to ensure an exceptional member experience. You will work closely with the Club Manager to build a positive and enthusiastic team atmosphere and a financially successful club.

Requirements

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high performing staff
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for members, prospective members, and guests
• Assist in resolving or escalating employee issues or concerns
• Provide backup support to Club Manager as needed
• Lead by example with involvement in all front desk related activities
• Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of the club
• Order supplies using a specific budget based on club requirements
• Track various statistics and reports on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis
• Manage marketing efforts to ensure all staff are aware and trained on all marketing promotions
• Make daily bank deposits as needed
